  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
  • Recommend strategies to motivate employees
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Assist with budget monitoring
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Personal and professional development of the organisation’s personnel, which involves employee orientation, development and training
  • Employee welfare, safety, wellness and health and counselling
  • Development and implementation of policy documents and handbooks that can be referred to by employees
  • Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relationship
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions

Required Skillset

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field
  • At least 1 year of experience in labour relations and compliance
  • Experienced in Performance Management, Learning & Development
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good Computer
